3. Nature of Services
All services are advisory in nature. We do not book travel, sell tickets, or act as a travel agency. Recommendations are based on personal experience and research. Clients remain responsible for verifying park policies, pricing, availability, and reservations directly with official providers.

4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee ride availability, Lightning Lane access, dining reservations, weather conditions, park capacity, cost savings, or third-party policies. Travel conditions and park operations may change without notice.

5. Payment
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

6. Refund Policy
Services begin immediately upon purchase.
Because services include personalized planning insight, strategy, and proprietary materials, payments are non-refundable once purchase is completed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that work begins immediately and value is delivered in the form of pre-travel consultation, guidance, and intellectual property.

All sales are final. Refunds, or partial refunds may be granted only at the sole discretion of Drew The Disney Dude. Travel disruptions, cancellations, weather events, park closures, or third-party policy changes do not create grounds for a refund.

7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for all booking decisions, confirmations, and compliance with Disney and third-party policies.

8. Limitation of Liability
While we are committed to providing thoughtful and high-quality guidance, Drew The Disney Dude is not responsible for outcomes controlled by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, any liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services purchased.

9. Force Majeure
Drew The Disney Dude shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, park closures, technology failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property
All guides, strategies, and materials provided are proprietary and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
